Leadership and Life Skills Development where horses team with participants in interactive learning.

Objective-Based Learner Program in which the horse a team member "Teacher/Partner" and the Facilitator guides participants through the process — increasing confidence, self-esteem, communication, articulation, problem-solving, trust, and more.

What We Do

Stop (HORSE) CRUELTY and ABUSE Before it Begins Through EDUCATION. Leadership and Skills Development

Stop Horse Cruelty Before if Begins Through Education. Provide ongoing care for injured, abused, and neglected Horses. ALSO, we Facilitate Leadership and Life Skills Development Program for ALL AGES.

How We Help

OSER provides 24 hour on premise care for the 28 Horses and 6 Donkeys that permanently reside here.

The horses at the Rescue/Refuge come from referred by Veterinarians and Law Enforcement. They are given a chance of a full, healthy, and rewarding life while helping people move forward in life with strong new, leadership, and life skills.
